The Indiana Department of Transportation is moving towards digital ticketing and would like to invite all asphalt, concrete, and aggregate producers to connect to our e-Ticketing portal.
Indiana is revamping traditional paper-based processes for highway construction projects by integrating them into electronic and digital workflows. e-Ticketing provides the digital means to produce and transmit materials delivery data. This streamlines inspections and improves contract administration processing
INDOT is partnering with the industry to introduce the INDOT Portal which will enhance productivity, reduce paper, and increase safety on job sites. The INDOT Portal grants access via desktop and mobile devices and simplifies the exchange of material ticket data from the supplier to the contractor to the DOT.
The INDOT Portal will connect in real-time with any asphalt, concrete, or aggregate producer with a centralized database or e-ticketing system.
"INDOT and HaulHub have partnered to deliver a portal for inspection personnel to manage the multitude of e-ticketing systems in the marketplace. We welcome materials suppliers doing business in Indiana to participate."
- Joseph Novak, P.E., State Construction Engineer, INDOT
